This isn't about more time off, this is about a medical and health necessity. Birthing parents especially need time to physically recover, breastfeed and bond with their babies. This is why we stand alongside of Paid Leave for All.

INVEST
We will invest at least 5% of our revenue to philanthropic organizations towards women empowerment programs and the protection of our Mama Earth.
We will also donate our time working directly with non-profits on meeting their other needs as they see fit.
CREATE
We will only create products that encourage the reuse and reduction of consumption while keeping functionality as a priority.
We maintain a goal of working with with 75% of our suppliers which are female-managed or owned suppliers.
CAMPAIGN
We will elevate the messages of the causes we support such as paid parental leave and pumping in the workplace to advocate for girls and women around the world.
We will campaign for Mama Earth such as the reduction of the use of plastic and the harm it creates from leaching for humans, especially babies.
